StackerKit ("StackerKit", "we", "us", or "our") operates stackerkit.com and its subdomains, including coinvault.stackerkit.com and estatevault.stackerkit.com. We build tools for coin collectors, bullion stackers, and investors.

2. Information We Collect

Email Address (Launch Waitlist)

When you sign up for launch notifications on our teaser page, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we collect during the pre-launch period.

Usage Data

We may collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely to understand traffic patterns and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when StackerKit launches. Specifically:

• To send you a single launch announcement email when we go live
• To send occasional pre-launch updates if you have opted in
• We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes
• We will never send unsolicited commercial email unrelated to StackerKit

4. Email Service Provider

We use Resend to manage our contact list and send emails. Your email address is stored in Resend's systems, which are subject to their own Privacy Policy. Resend is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

5. Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove you from all future StackerKit communications. You can also email hello@stackerkit.com at any time to request removal.

We honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, though Resend's automated system typically processes them instantly.

6. Cookies

Our teaser page does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking technology during the pre-launch period.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If StackerKit does not launch, we will delete all collected email addresses and notify you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion — request that we delete your data
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to our processing of your data

9. GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your email address is your explicit consent, given when you submitted the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing.

10. CAN-SPAM Compliance (US Users)

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email we send will clearly identify StackerKit as the sender, include our physical or electronic contact address, and provide a clear and easy method to unsubscribe.

11. Children's Privacy

StackerKit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their email address, contact us at hello@stackerkit.com and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products launch or as required by law. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
